Sediment is removed either by a WATTS backwash Micro Z filter or a cartridge filter up to 5 micron. After sediment removal, we disinfect the water with an UV unit manufactured by Wyckomar.

Large restaurants use professional cooking equipment. The water used in these appliances needs to be calcium free, in order to keep them well- maintained. In these cases we advise the use of a water softener for calcium removal.
